Participated in NBA training camp with the Atlanta Hawks in the fall of 2005. Finished the 2004-05 season in Venezuela with Panteras de Miranda, averaging 23.8 points. Started the year with Ockelbo Basket in Sweden, averaging 33.4 points in nine games. Moved on to play 14 games with Ramat-Hasharon in Israel, averaging 19.3 points in 14 games. Played the 2003-04 season in the WBA with the Raleigh Knights, averaging 21.5 points and 5.1 rebounds in 18 games. Spent the 2002-03 season in Germany with Ewe Baskets Oldenburg, averaging 12.2 points in 25 games.

College Highlights: Earned Honorable Mention All-American by The Associated Press and was named First Team All-ACC as a senior. Made the ACC All-Defensive Team his sophomore and senior seasons. Finished collegiate career as the eighth all-time leading scorer in North Carolina State history with 1,641 points. Also ranks second in steals (239), fifth in three-point field goals made (164), and eighth in assists (356).

As a senior, led the team in scoring (17.8 ppg), rebounding (5.5 rpg), assists (3.5 apg), steals (2.06 spg), and minutes played (32.4 mpg). Started 33 of 34 games. Scored career-high 32 points vs. Virginia in the opening round of the ACC Tournament. Tallied 24 points and eight rebounds vs. Maryland in the next round. Named to the ACC All-Tournament Team. As a junior, led the team in scoring (14.6 ppg), steals (2.17 spg), and three-point field goals made (45) while ranking second in assists (3.3 apg). Started 25 of 29 games.
