BACKGROUND

Played with the Mobile Revelers in the NBDL in 2002-03. Appeared in 12 games, starting six times, and averaged 11.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 4.4 assists. Selected by the Mobile Revelers in the 13th round (#101 pick overall) of the 2002 NBDL Draft. Played briefly with Maccabi Karmiel in Israel in 2000-01, averaging 17.7 points and 2.6 rebounds in seven games. Appeared with the Dakota Wizards in the IBA in 1999-00, averaging 4.0 points in four games.

Played final season of collegiate career at Henderson State in Arkansas, after playing at three other colleges. Started career at Lackawanna Junior College in Scranton, PA. Did not play basketball for two seasons, before resurfacing at Riverside Community College in California. Moved on to Fort Hays State for one season before finishing at HSU. A Philadelphia playground legend known as “AO” who was a former high school teammate of Portland Trail Blazers forward Rasheed Wallace.

As a senior, averaged 14.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 6.2 assists. Finished 19th in the country in assists. Scored 26 points against Southern Arkansas in the semi-finals of the Gulf Coast Conference Tournament. Was named Gulf Coast Conference Player of the Year.

As a junior at Fort Hays State, averaged 15.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists. Scored season-high 31 points on 11-for-14 shooting against Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 27. Tallied 29 points and seven assists against Western State on Feb. 24. Scored 25 points and dished out eight assists at Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 4. Tallied 24 points on 8-for-13 shooting at Fort Lewis on Jan. 10. Distributed season-high nine assists in three separate games.

As a sophomore at Riverside CC, averaged 14.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 8.1 assists. Started all 34 games. Registered eight double-doubles, including one in assists and rebounds. Scored season-high 29 points against Antelope Valley. Dished out season-high 16 assists against Cal Baptist JV. Tallied 24 points and nine assists against Southwestern. Recorded 14 points and 15 assists against Orange Coast. Earned All-Orange Empire Conference honors and was Honorable Mention All-State.

As a freshman at Lackawanna JC in 1993-94, averaged 16 points and 8 assists a game, appearing in 11 contests. Scored in double figures nine times.
