Assigned to the Albuquerque Thunderbirds for the 2005-06 D-League season... Selected with the 54th pick overall in the second round of the 2005 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks,
but his draft rights were traded to the Phoenix Suns along with forward/center Kurt Thomas in exchange
for guard/forward Quentin Richardson and the draft rights to guard Nate Robinson (21st pick) on June
28, 2005… Averaged 7.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and shot .372 (16-43 FG) from the floor in 27.8 minutes
in six games at the 2005 Reebok Vegas Summer League.
College:
Averaged 12.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 117 career games (72 starts) in four seasons with
UCLA… Averaged 14.0 points or more in final three seasons with the Bruins and led team in scoring in
final two seasons… Originally declared for the 2004 NBA Draft and participated in the 2004 NBA Pre-
Draft Camp in Chicago, but withdrew his name from consideration… Earned First Team All-Pac 10 honors
in senior season, averaging career highs of 18.4 points (fourth in the Pac-10) and 7.9 rebounds (third)
