Kasib Powell of the Sioux Falls Skyforce is the 12th D-League Performer of the Week for the 2007-08 season. He is the first member of the Skyforce to earn the honor this season.

In two games for Sioux Falls this week, Powell averaged 27.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists. He scored a season-high 37 points on Sunday to lead Sioux Falls to a 130-116 win over Iowa, their fourth straight victory.

A 6-7 forward from Texas Tech, Powell represented the Skyforce in last week's D-League All-Star Game. This season he leads Sioux Falls with 20.5 points per game, which ranks sixth among current D-League players. Powell is also averaging 6.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 29 D-League games.
