With 20 points in a loss to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Friday, Reno Bighorns guard Blake Ahearn has become the NBA D-League's all-time leading scorer, passing former leader Desmon Farmer (3,380) with 3,397 points for his NBA Development League career.

Ahearn, who came into the game three points shy of Farmer, set the new NBA D-League record with the second of two free throws seven minutes into the first quarter. The league's all-time best free throw shooter (95.8 percent for his career) went 10-for-10 from the line for the game.

A night later, Ahearn's 5-for-5 night from the charity stripe also made him perfect over his last 99 foul shots, a tally that exceeds the NBA record of 97 -- set by Michael Williams of the Minnesota Timberwolves in 1993 -- while also extending Ahearn's NBA D-League record.

Four current NBA D-League players currently sit in the all-time top five in scoring, with Rio Grande Valley's Will Conroy in third, Bakersfield's Renaldo Major in fourth place and Iowa's Curtis Stinson at No. 5. PHOTO GALLERY: Top 5 All-Time Leading Scorers
