Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Help Name the Team Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to residents of the states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Employees of Maine Basketball, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Blethen Maine Newspapers, Inc./Portland Press Herald and WJJB-FM (combined, the “Co-Sponsors”), as well as NBA Development League, LLC (“NBADL”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (including all NBA Development League (“D-League”) teams, divisions, officers, directors, managers, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies) (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

How To Participate:
To participate, contestants will go to the www.nba.com/dleague/maine or www.nbamaine.com Internet sites and complete an official on-line entry (“Entry”) or call 207-210-6655 to vote. Entries are limited to one per person, and all entrants must provide complete contact information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) in order to be eligible to win. Reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner. The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM ET on March, 4, 2009, and runs from through 5:00 PM ET on March 31, 2009. Promotion winner (“Winner”) will be announced approximately on April 3, 2009.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, incomplete, illegible, late and/or misdirected entries; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of any means of entry.

Selection of Winner(s):
One (1) Winner will be selected through a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received, to be conducted by Sponsor at 413 Congress Street, Portland, Maine 04101 or other announced location on April 2, 2009. Winner need not be present during the drawing to be eligible to win. Any judging decisions will be made by the Sponsor and will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, e-mail address and household.

By entering this contest, participant agrees to hold the Promotion Entities and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of this contest or the use of any prize won.

Prizes:
Winner will be provided with two (2) tickets to a Boston Celtics 2009 Playoff game. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,000.

Miscellaneous:
Selected contestant may be required to execute a General Release (including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release) prior to participating in Promotion.

No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value, may be allowed. Federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or any other component of this contest, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, 2) modify or cancel this contest should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received by means other than entries received by Team, and 3) substitute another prize of equal or greater value.,p> By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Promotion Entities may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and/or state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.
