On Saturday, November 17th before the Los Angeles D-Fenders took on the Bakersfield Jam they held a youth basketball clinic at the Citizen’s Business Bank Arena for a local YMCA. 50 kids from the local Ontario area were treated to basketball instruction by two D-Fenders Coaches, Conner Henry and Larry Lewis and three D-Fenders players; Gary Flowers, Rashad Bishop and Tristan Thompson.

The future basketball stars were taught teamwork, sportsmanship and fundamental basketball skills. After their hour long clinic they were all given tickets to come back and watch the D-Fenders game that evening.

Thank you to the Citizen’s Business Bank Arena for opening up their doors to allow this basketball clinic to take place.
