Courtney Fortson recorded the third triple-double for the Los Angeles D-Fenders this season in a 113-94 victory over the Erie Bayhawks at Toyota Sports Center. The point guard joined Elijah Millsap and Eniel Polynice as the only three players in D-Fenders history to register a triple-double.

The Los Angeles D-Fenders never trailed and eclipsed the record for largest margin of victory en route to a 127-87 win over the Canton Charge. The win bested the previous record for margin of victory (32) that the D-Fenders set on November 28, 2011 against the Reno Bighorns.

The Canton Charge won their second-straight game with a 110-101 victory over the Los Angeles D-Fenders at the Toyota Sports Center. The win improved Canton to 12-14 this season and dropped LA to 17-10.

Elijah Millsap scored a game-high 28 points and Derrick Caracter, who was on assignment from the Los Angeles Lakers, finished with 20 points off the bench, but the Los Angeles D-Fenders dropped their one-game road trip 106-95 to the Bakersfield Jam on Thursday night.

The Los Angeles D-Fenders outlasted the Idaho Stampede in the fourth quarter to win 99-94 at CenturyLink Arena. The 16-point cushion that the D-Fenders (16-7) carried into the final frame helped snap their four-game losing streak against Idaho (8-12).

Courtney Fortson, who notched six of the D-Fenders 11 points in overtime, all but sealed the win after dropping in a layup with 13.5 seconds left to give Los Angeles a seven point lead.

After playing in a five point game last night against Bakersfield, the Los Angeles D-Fenders clamped down defensively and defeated the Jam 96-68 at the Toyota Sports Center. The 28-point win was the D-Fenders’ largest margin of victory over the Jam, eclipsing the 22-point high set Jan. 28, 2007.
