When: Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

Where: Gold's Gym
1550 22nd Street
West Des Moines, IA 50266

Time: 7:00 - 9:00
Registration - 7pm
Tryouts begin - 7:30pm

Cost: FREE

Notes: Must be at least 50 years old
All routines will be taught by current Spark Plugs members and/or Coach
