Eligibility:No purchase necessary to enter or win. Full Court Press Ticket Giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of ICBA, LLC (“Sponsor”), NBA Development League, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (including all NBA D-League teams), divisions, officers, directors, managers, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (Collectively, The “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

How To Participate: Enter online at http://www.nba.com/dleague/idaho/fullcourtpressentertowin.html, type your name, full street address, home and daytime telephone numbers, e-mail address and date of birth and you will be eligible to receive (2) general admission tickets to one Idaho Stampede Home Game during the 2009-10 regular season. This is based on availability and is subject to approval by Sponsor.

All entrants must provide complete contact information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) in order to be eligible to win. Reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner. Entries are limited to one per person per event and will be accepted beginning June 25, 2009 and will end on December 1, 2009.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, incomplete, illegible, late and/or misdirected entries; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of any means of entry.

Prizes: Two (2) Idaho Stampede tickets in the General Admission section of Qwest Arena for one (1) home game during the 2009-10 regular season and based on availability.

Limitations of Liability: All entries become property of sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify the employees of the Promotion Entities, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, from any and all liability, damages, claims and causes of action (however named or described) with respect to arising out of (a) entrant’s participation in this contest, or (b) the receipt and/or use of any prize awarded herein.

Each entrant hereby irrevocably agrees and consents, without further authorization, notification, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the publication of his or her name, city and/or state of residence, photograph and/or likeness by any of the Promotion Entities in any medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, the website of any of the Promotion Entities and in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by any of the Promotion Entities and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees, and/or agents.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The promotion entities make no warranty or representation concerning the adequacy, completeness, usefulness or sufficiency, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, of any prize provided under this contest and all prizes shall be delivered “as is.”

Miscellaneous: Selected contestant may be required to execute a General Release (including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release) prior to participating in Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or any other component of this contest, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, 2) modify or cancel this contest should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received by means other than entries received by Team, and 3) substitute another prize of equal or greater value.

Void where prohibited by law.

No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value, may be allowed. Federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
