NBA D-League Awards
Kevin Murphy was named to the 2014 All-NBA D-League First Team on Thursday, May 1. Murphy finished the season as the league's leading scorer with 25.5 points per game. The Tennessee Tech star joined the Stampede on January 4 and was immediately inserted into the rotation.
Murphy (6-5, 185) had 13 games with 30 or more points, including a 51-point outburst on February 1, 2014 against the Los Angeles D-Fenders. The performance was, at the time, a single-game record for the Stampede and CenturyLink Arena. (Pierre Jackson scored 58 points 3 days later to top Murphy's record).

Point guard Dee Bost received Honorable Mention honors and was named to the 2014 NBA D-League All-Defensive Third Team. Bost started all 50 games for the Stampede and led the team with 2.1 steals per game while leading the league in minutes per game with 40.5.
Bost (6-2, 176) also recorded 8.4 assists per game, 2nd in the league.
