GREENVILLE, S.C., Jan. 23, 2007 – Forward Luke Jackson has returned to the Idaho Stampede after completing a 10-day contract with the Los Angeles Clippers.
The 10th overall selection in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jackson (6-7, 215) played in six games with the Stampede earlier this season before signing with the Clippers on Jan. 8. In his six games with Idaho he averaged 12.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 30.3 minutes per game. In three games with the Clippers he averaged 5.3 minutes, 1.0 point and 1.0 assist.
Jackson is expected to be back in an Idaho uniform when the Stampede is host to Fort Worth on Wednesday.
