Stampede Add Guard Hadley to Roster

BOISE (March 16, 2007) – The Idaho Stampede have acquired DeSean Hadley, a 6-3 guard from Eastern Michigan. Hadley fills the open roster spot vacated by Jermaine Blackburn, who left the team for personal reasons.

Hadley most recently spent 16 games with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Development League. He averaged 4.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists with Sioux Falls. Hadley spent the summer of 2006 with the Dodge City Legend in the USBL, playing in six games and averaging 11.7 points and 4.3 rebounds.

He has also played overseas for Galatasaray Istanbul in Turkey in 2005-06, averaging 7.0 points and 5.9 rebounds in 30 games. Hadley started the 2004-05 season in South Korea with the Samsung Thunders Seoul, averaging 6.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in three games, before moving on to the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the CBA, averaging 16.9 points and 5.9 rebounds in 48 games, then finished the year in Spain with Leche Rio Breogan Lugo, averaging 5.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in three games.

In 36 games with the Stampede, Blackburn averaged 7.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists. With the Boise State graduate in the starting lineup for 20 games this season, the Stampede went 17-3.
