EJ Singler wins 3-pt Competition

EJ Singler won the 2014 Boost Mobile NBA D-League Three-Point Competition by beating out five other competitors. Singler went first in the competition, putting in what turned out to be a contest-high 21 points in the first round. Troy Daniels of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers put up 19 in the first to meet up with EJ in the final round.

After Daniels put up 14 points in the final, Singler followed in his footsteps. The Oregon native hit his last shot to tie Daniels and force an overtime. The RGV sharpshooter set the mark high with 18 points in the re-do. EJ started off slow by missing all 5 balls from the first rack, but then caught up and hit his last three shots, including one at the buzzer to give him the title.
