One of the Best Yet
Idaho dominates the regular season, falls one game shy of title

Then Stampede and former Milwaukee Bucks head coach Larry Krystkowiak, led Idaho to their best regular season to date, finishing with a 34-14 mark. Led by a core group of players, including future NBAer Smush Parker, Randy Livingston, Josh Davis, DeSean Hadley and former BSU start Roberto Bergerson, the Stampede finished with a 21-3 record at the friendly confines of the Idaho Center. Idaho lost in the one game championship game, but the foundation was laid for the success of years to come.
