Des Moines, April 7 -- Courtney Sims came off the bench to score 28 points as the Iowa Energy defeated Central Division rival Fort Wayne Mad Ants, 114-101, at the Wells Fargo Arena.

Adam Haluska added 18 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists for the Energy, while Jeff Horner had 15 points, four rebounds and 15 assists. Sims added eight rebounds.

Early Calloway led the Mad Ants with a triple-double, posting 24 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. James Peters added 20 points and five rebounds

With the victory, the Energy improved its record to 21-27. The Mad Ants dropped to 17-31. The Energy play next at Utah on Friday. Game time is set for 8 p.m. Central Time.
