Energy Roll Past Wizards

April 5 -- Jeff Horner racked up 25 points and 10 rebounds as the Iowa Energy coasted past the Dakota Wizards, who are now tied for the Central Division lead with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, 97-84 on Saturday night in Des Moines.

Darryl Watkins recorded 18 points and 11 boards for the winners, while Curtis Stinson and Doug Thomas each scored 13. Iowa outscored Dakota by nine in the second quarter to take control.

David Bell led five Wizards in double figures with 15 points as Dakota shot just 4-of-13 from 3-point range and 42 percent from the floor.

The Energy and Wizards each have a common opponent next. Iowa will host Fort Wayne on Monday, while Dakota will pay a visit to Mad Ants country on Friday.
