Tulsa 123, Rio Grande Valley 117

TULSA, Okla., March 14 - Adam Harrington scored 36 points and the Tulsa 66ers survived squandering an 18-point lead and 44 points by Desmon Farmer for a 123-117 overtime victory over the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Friday at Expo Square Pavilion.
