Stampede Repeat Over Arsenal

Anaheim, Calif., Feb. 4 -- The Idaho Stampede rolled into their 17th straight win, the longest winning streak in NBA D-league history, by beating the Anaheim Arsenal, 93-87, on Monday.

Monday's win was the second straight win of the Stampede over the Arsenal. Idaho beat Anaheim, 95-91, on Saturday.

Stampede forward Mickael Gelabale had another outstanding game off the bench, finishing with 24 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field. Gelabale drained a 17-foot fadeaway jumper that put the Stampede up for good with 13.7 seconds left in the game.

Four Arsenal players scored in double digits, led by Mo Charlo who netted 21 points. Guillermo Diaz added 18, while Marcus Campbell contributed 13 points and 14 rebounds.

The loss is the third straight for the Arsenal.
