Fazekas Leads 66ers to Third Straight Road WinTulsa 112, Colorado 110 DENVER, Jan. 10 – Dallas Mavericks assignee Nick Fazekas led the way with a season-high 32 points and 18 rebounds as the Tulsa 66ers earned their third straight road win, beating the Colorado 14ers 112-110 in overtime Thursday at the Broomfield Event Center. The rookie forward also hit the game-winning layup with 4.8 seconds left in overtime for Tulsa, which improved to 7-10 with the victory. Colorado dropped to 9-8 with its fourth straight loss. “I played well tonight. I started off the game rebounding the ball real well and was able to knock some shots down throughout the game,” Fazekas said. “I’m happy because my dad and my mom and my little brother were able to come watch, so I’m happy about that.” Fazekas was playing his first game as a pro in Colorado, where he was the two-time Colorado 4A High School Player of the Year at Ralston Valley High School, just minutes away from Broomfield.
