Collins, who played 189 games over four seasons in the NBA, fell out of the league because of some inconsistent play and shooting somewhere between streaky and outright shaky. And while he’s still struggled from 3-point range, he’s dialed up his field goal percentage to 46 percent on the year, while also chipping in 4.6 assists and 3.6 rebounds a game to drive the D-Fenders toward the best record in league history. And he’s only gotten better in the postseason, with 15.5 points a game (up from 10.0 during the season) on 58-percent shooting.
