ERIE — The NBA Development League Erie BayHawks today announced signing long term broadcast agreements with Connoisseur Media’s WFNN-Fox Sportsradio 1330 AM, the Fan and Image Sports Network to air the team’s games.
“We have tried to make it a cornerstone of our organization to formulate premier relationships and we are excited to add top notch organizations like Connoisseur Media and Image Sports Network as broadcast partners,” said BayHawks president Ron Sertz. “By adding these pieces of the puzzle to the NBA’s online Futurecast streaming, our fans will be able to keep track of the team both at home and on the road.”
The games will be called by the BayHawks broadcast team of veteran Erie play-by-play man Chris “Red” Hughes and Brian Graves, the team’s director of ticket sales, whose background includes a variety of broadcast experience and stints with the Miami Heat, Detroit Pistons and Detroit Lions.
The radio agreement calls for the BayHawks first game against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants on Friday, November 28, to air on WRKT (Rocket 101) with the remainder of the game broadcasts to air on the Fan.
Image Sports Network will simulcast six live home games. The television schedule is:
