Jason Vaughan is starting his second season basketball after working six years in Minor League Baseball where he most recently served as the Director of Special Events and Client Services with the Erie SeaWolves. He’s also spent time with the Akron Aeros and Lake Erie Crushers. Vaughan earned a degree in Sport Administration from Kent State University.

Vaughan’s duties with the BayHawks include overseeing all of the team’s promotional efforts, community and public relations programs, and managing the activation of the organization’s corporate partnerships.
