Ben McDonald

Ben McDonald enters his fifth season as a BayHawks assistant. Coach McDonald has also served as an assistant coach at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana (2001-04) and the University of California, Dominguez Hills (1996-97). During his time at Indiana, the Hoosiers compiled a record of 60-40, reaching the 2002 NCAA Finals.

After a successful college career at the University of California, Irvine, Ben was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the third round of the 1984 NBA Draft and spent 10 years playing in the NBA, CBA and Europe.

McDonald lives in Erie with his wife Rachelle and children J.R. and Elizabeth.
