Delaware 87ers Acquire Kendall Marshall

NEWARK, DE. - DECEMBER 4, 2013 - The Delaware 87ers announced today that they have acquired Kendall Marshall off of waivers.

Marshall (6-4, 195) was originally the 13th overall pick by the Phoenix Suns in the 2012 NBA Draft. Marshall appeared in 48 games with the Suns and averaged three points and three assists in 14 minutes per game last year.

Prior to being selected by the Phoenix Suns with the 13th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, Marshall played two years at the University of North Carolina, where he averaged 8.1 points and 9.8 assists per game. As a sophomore, Marshall set the all-time UNC assist record as well as the all-time ACC record for assists in a single season.
