Kings Resign Justin Williams To Second Contract

SACRAMENTO, CA ---- The Sacramento Kings today resigned forward Justin Williams to a second 10-day contract, it was announced by Kings’ President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie.

At 6-10 and 230 pounds, Williams made his NBA debut vs. Houston on January 13th, recording one rebound. Prior to joining the Kings, he averaged 12.1 points (.556 FGs, .581 FTs), 12.3 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game through 12 outings with the Dakota Wizards of the NBA Development League. His per game rebounds and blocks averages led the league.

Williams, who enjoyed a two-year collegiate career at Wyoming, played for the Kings in the 2006 Toshiba Vegas Summer League and was originally signed by Sacramento (7/24/06) at the beginning of the 2006 Training Camp.
