EDUCATION

READ TO ACHIEVE
Read to Achieve is a year-round campaign designed to help young people develop a life-long love for reading and encourage adults to read regularly with children. The program reaches elementary and middle school students throughout Stark County through book donations, Reading Time-Outs and the development of Reading Corners.

GREEN WEEK
From April 4th - 11th, the NBADL and its teams will host events and activities designed to generate awareness and educate fans about the importance of protecting and nurturing our environment.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

CHARGE UP: GET FIT!
Charge Up: Get FIT! is a comprehensive health and wellness platform that encourages young people to be physically active and maintain well-balanced nutrition. The program reaches elementary, middle and high school students throughout Stark County through fitness appearances, nutrition events and youth basketball clinics.

CHARGE UP: GET FIT! YOUTH BASKETBALL CLINICS
Presented by Aultman Hospital
The Charge, in partnership with Aultman Hospital, will host five (5) youth basketball clinics throughout the season to promote the game of basketball as well as the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. The clinics will feature instruction by Charge Head Coach Alex Jensen, as well as other Charge coaches and players.

VOLUNTEERISM & OUTREACH

WEEK OF SERVICE
From November 14th - 23rd, the NBADL and its teams host a variety of hands-on service events in a collaborative effort to give back to children, families, and the community and to increase fan awareness about the importance of service. The NBDL Cares Week of Service seeks to expand the impact of volunteer work in existing organizations and encourage individuals to make a difference in their communities.

SEASON OF GIVING
From Thanksgiving through the New Year, the NBDL and its teams celebrate the "Season of Giving," a series of charitable visits and events designed to help feed the hungry, lift the spirits of ailing children and spread the joy of the holiday season to the underserved.

COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM
Through the generosity of our season ticket holders and corporate partners, the Charge is pleased to provide complimentary tickets to children and families who would not normally be able to attend a Charge home game.
