Austin, TX January 12, 2011 – The Austin Toros announced today that guard Stefan Welsh has returned to the team and will be in uniform at noon when the Toros take on the Dakota Wizards at the 2012 D-League Showcase in Reno, Nevada. Luke Zeller was waived due to injury. The Toros roster now stands at 10.
Welsh (6-4, 188 Arkansas) was drafted by the Toros this season and played in six games averaging 10 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.9 assists before being released in December.
