Austin, TX June 4, 2012 – The 2012 NBA D-League Champion Austin Toros today announced a new program for season ticket holders called Toros 365. This innovative new program provides unique season ticket holder benefits that will enhance their fans’ experience throughout the calendar year.
“We conducted a customer flight survey during the season and the feedback we received was that the greatest need for improvement was the amount of unique season ticket holder benefits we offer,” said Peter Lubell, Austin Toros Chief Operating Officer. “We took the feedback we received and came up with something that we feel will revolutionize live sports by offering more than just a basketball game to our customers.”
With an event hosted each month, Toros 365 is a year-round platform that connects team season ticket holders outside of the game of basketball. These events are designed to enhance the season ticket holder experience by giving them access to entertainment venues and activities in and around Austin. Potential events include bowling nights, golf lessons, movie nights and various other social, cultural and community opportunities for fans to stretch their entertainment dollar and socialize beyond the basketball court.
“At a time when the economy has restricted the amount of entertainment we can enjoy with our families, Toros 365 will allow Toros season ticket holders free access to fun events so they can enjoy time out with their families throughout the entire year and not just during Toros season.”
Toros 365 kicks off in September, with monthly events thereafter. Additional info is available at austintoros.com. Fans will be updated throughout the year on upcoming events.
Season and group tickets for the Toros’ 2012-13 season are available now. For more information on ticket options, call the office at 512.236.8333 or visit austintoros.com.
