The fourth annual NBA D-League National Tryout (previously known as Pre-Draft Camp) offers athletes the opportunity to showcase their basketball talent in front of NBA D-League front office personnel, as well as coaches and representatives from each of the league’s 17 teams. Participants will be competing for the chance to sign an NBA D-League standard player contract and to be placed in the 2010 NBA D-League Draft, held in November of 2010.

The NBA D-League National Tryout will be held from June 11-13, 2010 at Hoop Magic in Chantilly, Virginia. The Hoop Magic facility is located less than 10 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. Click here for directions from other DC area locations. Arrival and check-in will take place on June 11. Details will be provided at a later date.

The Tryout, officiating, and instruction will follow NBA game rules.

Participants must be a minimum 18 years of age and meet NBA D-League eligibility requirements as stated on the 2010 National Tryout Player Eligibility & Release form below. The Tryout roster is limited to 200 players.

The $600 participation fee includes lodging for two nights, transportation between the hotel and gym for the games, breakfast, and a uniform. All materials must be received by the deadline and completed in their entirety for the player to be considered for participation in the Tryout.
