The Memphis Grizzlies (2-4) used a 12-2 run in the waning minutes of their 91-84 victory to distance themselves from the Denver Nuggets (1-5) on Friday night at UNLV's Thomas & Mack Center in NBA Summer League 2013 action. With the game separated by two points -- 77-75, Memphis turned to Vander Blue, Laurence Bowers and Gerald Robinson to spark the offense down the stretch in the final game for both teams at the summer series.

Not only was Robinson instrumental at the end of the contest, but he was the reason that Memphis led the entire fourth quarter. Late in the third period, he sank two free throws to tie the game at 63-all. Moments later -- 12 second into the fourth quarter, he knocked down a layup to swing the momentum in Memphis' favor and hand his squad a lead they would never surrender.

In fact, the Grizzlies led by as much as 12 points on two occasions in the final frame.

Memphis had six players notch 10 or more points in the game. Robinson and Donte Greene tied for the team-high with 16 apiece, while Jack Cooley and Blue both chipped in 13. Matt Howard registered the only double-double of the game behind a 12-point and 12-rebound performance. Bowers also added 12 to round out the Grizzlies' top scorers.

Denver was paced by a game-high 17 points from Luke Harangody. C.J. Harris and Erick Green followed closely behind with 13 and 12 points, respectively.

The Nuggets largest lead was seven points, which came early in the first quarter at the 11-4 mark.
