Tom Jennings brings a decade of experience in sports medicine to his job as assistant trainer with the Pacers. Jennings was graduated from Butler University in 1990 and received a Masters degree from Temple University in 1992.

From 1992-94, while with a sports medicine facility in Chicago, he worked closely with the Chicago Power, an professional indoor soccer team. After spending 1994-95 working at Butler, Jennings moved on to St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia), where he worked with the men's basketball team, which reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, losing to Kentucky, in 1997 Jennings joined the Pacers in 1998.

Born in Rensselaer, IN, on July 3, 1968, Jennings is married to Aimee Jennings, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Riley Hospital for Children.
