Entering his fifth season as the Pacers' strength and conditioning coach, Bill Dean has been instrumental in the physical development of the players. Born Sept. 19, 1968, Dean graduated from Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1992 with a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness. Dean, who is married (Chris), worked at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport from 1992-98, spending the final three years as Director of Athletic Development, before joining the Pacers.
