The glare. The snarl. The rip-the-rim-off-the-backboard dunks. The intensity. Its not difficult to see why Mikki Moore quickly became a fan favorite at STAPLES Center. The former Cornhusker introduced himself this season to the Clipper faithful with an array of all-out hustle plays, ferocity in the paint and a colorful personality. Early season injuries gave Mikki the chance to shine, and he responded with a solid 7.5 ppg on 56.6% shooting over the first two months of 2004-05. His love of all things reptilian has been well-documented by the media, but after a productive 2004-05 as an explosive reserve, many Clippers fans hope he's developed a love for LA.
