In 31 games, Blake Griffin is already one 3-pointer away from tying his career high. He’s 6-for-16 on the season and looks confident and natural shooting the long ball from the short corner. He’s said that it is a shot he will continue taking when he’s open. On Thursday, Griffin made one of the Clippers’ four 3-pointers in a 14-3 run that pulled them even with the Blazers in the fourth quarter. Against New Orleans on Dec. 18 he hit two 3-pointers in a game for the first time in his career and even showed the ability to hit a step-back 3-pointer against the Heat on Nov. 7.
