Clippers Sign House, Hatten

House Hatten
The Los Angeles Clippers have announced the signing of free agent guard Eddie House.

House averaged 7.5 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 18.6 minutes in 55 games played during the 2002-03 season, his third with the Miami Heat. House connected on 172-444 FG (.387) and 31-36 FT (.861) while scoring in double-figures on 18 occasions.

The 37th overall selection by the Heat in the 2000 NBA Draft, House has tallied 7.0 points, 1.6 assists and 1.5 rebounds in three seasons with the Heat.

In an additional move, the Clippers signed free agent guard Marcus Hatten.

Hatten, a rookie out of St. John's, averaged 22.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 32 games played during the 2002-03 season. Named the 2003 NIT Tournament MVP, Hatten was also named First Team All-Big East Conference during both of his seasons at St. John's. Hatten also averaged 8.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 7 games played for the Clippers entry in the 2003 Summer Pro League in Long Beach.
