Renewal Rewards Rules & Regulations

  1. TO ENTER: Renew your Clippers Season Ticket Package for the 2007-08 season and qualify to win. Renewals can be processed: Online: using My Clippers Account Manager at www.clippers.com, Phone: 213-742-7555, Fax: 213-742-7570, At the Game: at the Fan Central Kiosk behind section 102 or Mail: send your invoice and payment by April 5th to Los Angeles Clippers Attn: Season Ticket Sales Department 1111 S. Figueroa St., Ste 1100 Los Angeles, CA 90015. Only one entry per account. Only one prize will be awarded per account.

  2. DEADLINE: The contest begins on March 19, 2007 and entries must be received by 11:59 pm on April 5, 2007 to be included in the prize drawings. The Los Angeles Clippers will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries or for technical malfunctions or unavailability of web servers.

  3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from among qualified renewals in a random drawing conducted by the Los Angeles Clippers on April 7, 2007. Ten (10) game day winners will be selected from among all qualified entries received before the random drawings conducted by the Los Angeles Clippers on March 23, 24, 28 and April 4, 2007. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of renewals received. If a selected winner is not eligible, another name will be selected from the remaining renewals.

  4. AWARDING & DELIVERY OF PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will win a Clippers Road Trip with the team to a pre-selected game during the 2007-08 season, to include the following: Roundtrip airfare for two (2), Tickets for two (2) to a Clippers road game, hotel accommodations for one night (room and tax only). Approximate Retail Value: $3000.00. Forty (40) additional winners will receive: Three (3) $50 Team LA Gift Cards, Five (5) Player Meet and Greets, Nine (9) Team Autographed Basketballs, Three (3) Apple I-pods, One (1) pair of tickets to the Clippers vs. Rockets game on March 28, 2007, (4) Autographed Player Photos, Two (2) Game Ball Presentations, Two (2) pair of tickets to the Clippers vs. Nuggets game on April 7, 2007, Two (2) $100 Arco Gas Cards, One (1) pair of tickets to the Clippers vs. Lakers game on April 4, 2007, Three (3) $50 Mann’s Gift Cards, Two (2) pair of Universal Studios Park Passes, One (1) pair or courtside tickets to the Clippers vs. Hornets game on April 18, 2007, Two (2) $100 Palm Gift Certificates. Approximate Retail Value: $8000. No prize substitutions are available; however, Clippers reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winners will be announced during a Clippers home game, notified by phone and or email after each drawing has been completed.

  5. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 21 or older and a current Los Angeles Clippers season ticket holder. Employees and immediate family members of The Los Angeles Clippers, The National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., (SPONSORS) and affiliated sponsoring agencies are not eligible. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND RELEASE: All decisions regarding administration of this contest made by the Los Angeles Clippers are final and binding. By entering, entrants agree to release the Los Angeles Clippers, The National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize. By entering, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation to The Los Angeles Clippers, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., (deleted) and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for promotional purposes in connection with the contest. Contest shall be governed and enforced pursuant to California law, excluding choice of law provisions. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.
