Autograph Alley: Autograph Alley gives select season ticket holders the chance to take photos and get autographs from members of the team prior to the start of certain home games. Coach’s Chalk Talk: Hear from the coaching staff and find out about the direction of the team during a Coach’s Chalk Talk. Fan Game Captain: Meet the team captains and referees at center court before the start of the game as the Fan Game Captain. Fan Viewing Parties: Meet the Clippers Spirit and win prizes while watching a Clippers road game at a Fan Viewing Party. Game Ball Presentation: During each season, select season ticket holders will participate in team introductions and present the official game ball prior to tip-off. High Five Kids: High Five Kids experience the thrill of sitting on the Clippers bench and taking the court to high five the starting lineup. Complete the nomination card and return it to the Fan Relations department. High Five Kids must be between ages 7 and 13. Honorary Ball Kid: Honorary Ball Kids rebound balls for the team prior to the start of the game. Complete the nomination card and return it to the Fan Relations department. Honorary Ball Kids must be between ages 10 and 16. Kids Clinic: Kids will learn basketball fundamentals that will elevate their game to the pro level during the Kids Clinics. Kids Court: Your kids will get the thrill of shooting an NBA free-throw after select games during Kids Court. MVP Basketball Clinic: Season ticket holders 18+ will have the chance to learn from the pros at the MVP Basketball Clinic. MVP Rewards: The MVP Rewards Program was created to thank you for your attendance during the season. Earn points towards fantastic rewards and exclusive experiences. More details coming soon! Royal Room: The Royal Room was designed to offer a premium food and beverage experience to full season ticket holders. It is located on the main concourse between sections 118 and 119. You must present your season ticket at the door to gain admittance to the lounge. Scoreboard Messages: This unique opportunity is available for a $50 donation to the Clippers Foundation. Vacation Exchange Program: Vacation Exchange allows full season ticket holders the ability to exchange any ticket for games that have not yet been played for a ticket to one of our eight select exchange games. We will make every effort to seat you in comparable seating (excluding Courtside), but may substitute a lower-priced seat, based on availability. You must return the original tickets to the Clippers Fan Relations Department (via mail or at the Fan Relations table at a game) at least five business days prior to the original game ticket date. The exchange tickets will be loaded online into your My Clippers Account and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Away Game Tickets: The Clippers do not handle the sale of tickets for road games. You may call Ticketmaster at (800) 4NBA-TIX or find additional information on the host team’s website. Host team contact information can be found by logging onto NBA.com and navigating to the team link of your choice. Lost, Stolen or Wrong Game Tickets: We suggest that you detach the proper ticket for the game you are attending and leave the remaining tickets at home with other valuable papers to safeguard against theft or loss. Lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of the Los Angeles Clippers. During the 07-08 season, the following policies regarding lost, stolen or wrong game tickets will be in effect:
Ticket Exchange: You may buy additional tickets directly from other season ticket holders or sell your tickets with Ticket Exchange with My Clippers Account. Ticket Scalping: The resale of Clippers tickets for any amount is not permitted on arena property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, make your purchases through authorized outlets only. FAN INFORMATION Account Services Department: The Account Services Department was created to assist you with your season ticket holder experience. These service professionals are available to answer questions regarding your season ticket account, provide benefit information and to ensure that you receive outstanding customer service at every Clippers event. Security Measures: The Clippers request fan cooperation with measures to ensure arena security. Coolers, duffel bags, backpacks, and large purses will not be allowed in the arena. Fans bringing these items will be asked to return them to their vehicles or check them at Guest Link. In addition, no beverage containers (cans or bottles) can be brought into the arena. Due to the increased security, fans are encouraged to arrive early. Doors will open 75 minutes before game time. BOX OFFICE INFORMATION American Express Ticket Window: As a benefit for American Express credit cardholders, a window has been designated at the box office to quickly provide special services for guests who are American Express customers. At the American Express Ticket Window, tickets may be purchased, picked up or left for guests for any event at STAPLES Center. Box Office/ Ticketmaster: Individual Clippers tickets are available at the STAPLES Center Box Office, located along Chick Hearn Court (11th St.) on Star Plaza. The Box Office is open – Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The Box Office will remain open on event Sundays and extend its evening hours to remain open through approximately 60 minutes after the start of events. Season Ticket Holder Services Window: We’ve set aside a separate window especially for season ticket holders to assist with your account. Will Call: Will Call windows are located at the STAPLES Center Box Office and tickets are available two (2) hours prior to game time. A valid photo ID will be required to retrieve tickets from Will Call. PARKING Parking Locations: STAPLES Center Parking Lots are located adjacent to the arena. Suite Holder parking is in Lot 1. Premier Seat Holder parking is in Lot C. Clipper SeasonTicket Holder parking pass lots are 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 & 12. General public parking for Clipper games is in the West Garage, LA Convention Center and some spaces may be available in season parking lots on a first come first serve basis. Parking Lot Hours of Operation: Parking Lot #C will open at 8:00 AM for guests visiting the Box Office, FOX Sports Sky Box or Team LA Store. Parking Lot 1 and Lot C will open two and a half hours prior to the start of an event. The remaining lots will open 90 minutes prior to the start of an event and will remain staffed 60 minutes after an event. No overnight parking or in and out privileges are permitted. Parking for Guest with Disabilities: Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities at STAPLES Center, including van accessible spaces. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Limousines/RV’s and other Oversized Vehicles: Limousine parking arrangements can be made by calling (213) 742- 7382 at least one week before the event.
