Clippers Head Coach and General Manager Mike Dunleavy spoke to Mike Tirico and Scott Van Pelt on ESPN Radio to talk about whether or not ranch dressing is an acceptable condiment for a backyard burger on Memorial Day, the upcoming NBA Draft and more. Below are some highlights from the interview.

On whether ranch dressing is an acceptable condiment on a burger... (00:27)
"Fahgeddaboutit."

On the Clippers' interest in Blake Griffin... (01:29)
"I think he's a guy that everybody has interest in taking. No question about it. He's had a great year, was player of the year in college, everybody knows about all of the double-doubles he's had. As far as he's concerned, one of the most impressive things to me is his work ethic and the way he's improved over the last couple of years."

On Ricky Rubio... (02:08)
"He's an incredible passer, he's got great vision, he's got good size and he's very active. The big question people had about him was basically his shot. I think he's one of those guys right now that if he has his feet set and has time to shoot the ball, he can make shots. He's probably not going to be a guy who can make shots from range off the dribble. The one area in this game, in our league, that guys really do improve upon is their shooting. He's got the skills that people just can't teach. He seems to have great leadership qualities and the ability to make plays."

Where does Griffin fit in the NBA? (03:13)
"We haven't worked him out yet, but clearly the thing that stands out above everybody else is how quick he is and how explosive he is. The ideal thing is to play an up tempo and up and down game and advance the ball to him and let him attack the rim. That clearly is an advantage he has over almost every forward that he would play. But I wouldn't rule out his ability to be versatile and play as a big three as well."

On the injuries over the last year... (04:21)
"It definitely hurt us. That's what we've had for basically two years. But we've got a great group of guys. One of the things for us last year was that we had thirteen new players on our team, and it really wasn't by design. It was just kind of the way things happened. That's insurmoutable I think as far as trying to get a system in is really a tough thing to do."

On Eric Gordon... (05:41)
"Eric was great. He's a guy that we were just ecstatic to get. We were trying to figure out how we could move up to get him (in the draft) because we didn't think we'd get him at seven last year. For a rookie to come in and, basically from the time he started with us this season, he averaged twenty points a game. Plus he's a great on-ball defender, he guarded for us the top perimeter player for just about every team that we played last year."
