1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on 6/12/08 at 9:00:01AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 6/26/08 at 4:00:01PM PT immediately prior to the start of the NBA Draft 2008 (“Promotion Period”). 2. PARTICIPATION:
   (1) Visit Clippers.com's Draft Central during the Promotion Period and link to the Clippers' 7-7-7 Sweepstakes.

   (2) Visit the Game Play page and make your predictions.

   (3) Using knowledge of the NBA Draft 2008 prospects’ skills and statistics, predict the prospects that will be selected in the first round of the NBA Draft in exact order from 1 to 7 in the area provided.

   (4) Predictions can be submitted up until 6/26/08 at 7:00:01PM ET immediately prior to the start of the NBA Draft 2008. Participant’s last predictions that are received by 6/26/08 at 7:00:01PM ET will be used to tabulate his/her score.

   (5) Click on the “Enter Your Picks” button by the applicable deadline. All predictions must be accepted and acknowledged by the computer servers by the end of the Promotion Period (as determined by Sponsor) to be considered valid and eligible. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void.

   The Los Angeles Clippers are not responsible for lost, incomplete, garbled, late, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, undelivered or misdirected entries or 7-7-7 Sweepstakes predictions or registration form submissions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, 7-7-7 Sweepstakes predictions or registration form submissions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phonelines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; typographical, printing or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; the administration of the Promotion, the tabulation of predictions, the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of 7-7-7 Sweepstakes, injuries or other unavailability of players, timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion whether mechanical, human, electronic, network or otherwise.

3. SCORING: Each Participant’s 7-7-7 Sweepstakes score for the Promotion will be determined by the number of 7-7-7 Sweepstakes Points that he/she accumulates based on his/her final predictions, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Participant’s NBA Draft 2008 Prize score will be tabulated as follows for the Promotion Period:

   (7) Points are earned each time you correctly predict the 2008 NBA Draft prospect with their exact correlating position in the 2008 NBA Draft.

   If you have selected a NBA Draft 2008 prospect that is in the top 7, but did not choose the correct position, you will be awarded (7) points minus one point for every position above or below the correct position. For example if you state that player X will be picked first and he is picked fourth you will receive (4) points (7 points minus 3 positions). If any 2008 NBA Draft prospect that you pick withdraws from the 2008 NBA Draft or is not picked within the top 7 positions you will receive no points. Awarding of 7-7-7 Sweepstakes Points is subject to compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s and judges decisions with respect to awarding of NBA Draft 2008 Points are final and binding.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS / NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be determined on or about 7/11/08. Prizes will be awarded to the Participants who accumulate the highest number of 7-7-7 Sweepstakes Points, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of a tie for any prize, a random drawing from among the tied Participants for such prize will be conducted to award the applicable number of prize(s) as stated below. The tabulation of 7-7-7 Sweepstakes Points and identification of potential winners will be conducted by Sponsor and judges whose decisions are final and binding with respect to these Official Rules and in all other matters relating to this Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry form of the winner regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry form was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules). Potential winners will be notified by email, phone or mail. Limit one prize per Participant, immediate family or household for the entire Promotion. In the event that the 2008 NBA Draft is canceled, suspended (and not resumed) or preempted (and not resumed) for any reason, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible and non-suspect entries received up to such time.

5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) full season tickets in the 200 level for the Clippers' 2008-09 season, a "Meet & Greet" session for the winner and one (1) guest with the Clippers' 2008 first round draft pick at the player's individual press conference (date TBD) and an autographed, authentic jersey signed by the Clippers' 2008 first round draft pick (Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$7,000US). Sponsor is not responsible for transportation to and from STAPLES Center for the press conference or for games during the 2008-09 NBA season. The grand prize winner must live within a 75 mile radius from STAPLES Center or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to a runner-up. Exact seat locations at the game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. One (1) Second Prize: one (1) authentic, autographed jersey signed by the Clippers' 2008 first round draft pick and one (1) authentic autographed jersey signed by Clippers' 2007 first round draft pick Al Thornton (ARV=$500 US.). One (1) Third Prize: one (1) authentic, autographed jersey signed by the Clippers' 2008 first round draft pick (ARV=$250 US.). One (1) Fourth Prize: one (1) autographed ball signed by the Clippers' No. 7 draft pick (ARV=$200 US.). One (1) Fifth Prize: one (1) autographed shoe signed by the Clippers' No. 7 draft pick (ARV=$150 US.). One (1) Sixth Prize: one (1) autographed photo signed by the Clippers' No. 7 draft pick (ARV=$125 US.). One (1) Seventh Prize: one (1) autographed hat signed by the Clippers' No. 7 draft pick (ARV=$100 US.). Seven (7) Additional Prizes: one (1) Clippers gift bag per winner (ARV=$50 US.). Total ARV of all prizes: $8,675 US.

6. ELIGIBILITY: The Clippers' 7-7-7 Sweepstakes ("promotion") is open to legal residents (natural persons only) of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry (“Participants”). The grand prize winner must live within 75 miles of STAPLES Center in order to guarantee attendance at the press conference. If the grand prize winner does not live within 75 miles of STAPLES Center, they will receive a runners-up prize and a new grand prize winner will be selected. All grand prize winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from STAPLES Center. Employees and immediate family members of The Los Angeles Clippers, The National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and affiliated sponsoring agencies are not eligible. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There is no premium fee for participating in this contest but standard text messaging rates apply. Every participant will receive the opportunity to purchase discounted merchandise at www.clippersstore.com and an opt-in opportunity for Full Court Press, Clippers E-Newsletter alerts. Participating in the Clippers 7-7-7 Sweepstakes does not indicate a subscription to future Clippers promotional material unless the participant opts-in.

8. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND RELEASE: All decisions regarding administration of this contest made by the Los Angeles Clippers are final and binding. By entering, entrants agree to release the Los Angeles Clippers, The National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize. By entering, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation to The Los Angeles Clippers, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., (deleted) and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for promotional purposes in connection with the contest. Contest shall be governed and enforced pursuant to California law, excluding choice of law provisions. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.
