Freshman (2007-08): Ranked second on the team in scoring (12.1 ppg) and rebounding (6.3 rpg, ranked 10th in the Pac-10). Finished fifth in the league in field goal percentage (.575) and ninth in blocked shots (1.0 bpg). Scored in double figures 19 times and topped the 20-point mark in three games. Posted two double-doubles. Recorded career-high 25 points on 10-for-15 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds at UCLA. Tallied 23 points and nine rebounds vs. Oklahoma. Registered 12 points and 13 rebounds vs. Memphis in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden. Scored 17 points vs. Kansas. High School: Finished prep career at The Patterson School, averaging 20 points and 12 rebounds in half of a season before leaving the team in February to enroll early at USC. As a high school senior in 2005-06 at Lynwood, averaged 26.0 points, 12.9 rebounds and 5.0 assists.

Strengths: Extremely quick for his size and possesses a tremendous vertical leap. Has a good first step and hits a high percentage from mid-range. Uses long arms and athleticism to compete on the offensive boards. Finishes with authority in transition.
