Are you disappointed about your upcoming surgery? I know Clipper Nation is sad we won’t get to see you play this season.
Chris, Los Angeles, CA

Blake Griffin: Of course I am very disappointed that I won’t be coming back this season; it’s just something that I need to take care. The good news is I’ll have all summer to get healthy so that I can come back and be ready to play 100% next season.

What thing(s) are you jealous of your brother Taylor?
Melanie, Chicago, IL

BG: I’m not jealous of anything really. I’m really proud of him and happy for all of his accomplishments in life.

Do you ever get to see Taylor? And when and how are you staying in touch with him. We miss you both at OU, and we are watching the games now hopefully getting to see you both play. GO CLIPPERS AND SOONERS!
Tyler Jackson, Pryor, OK

BG: I get to see him whenever the Suns come here to play or whenever we go to Phoenix to play. Other than that I talk to him on the phone all of the time to see how he’s doing and all that.

How long did it take you to perfect your autograph for the NBA?
Kallie Sager, Altus, OK

BG: I got a little practice during my two years in college, so that helped prepare me.

I'm pumped up to see you return to the Clips next season. I'm excited to see the Clippers become a threat in this league. What are your expectations when you return?
Antonio Arzadon, Long Beach, CA

BG: My expectations for next season are the same as they were going into this season. I want to help contribute and help this team make a playoff run.

Thanks for signing autographs at the game. Why do you dribble the tennis ball? Is that a type of exercise?
Jason Thompson, Oxnard, CA

BG: It’s a ball-handling drill that I picked up a while ago. It gives me something else to do before the game.

Has watching Clippers games taught you anything about the pro game that you can apply when you return to action?
Robert Lehrer, Tarzana, CA

BG: I’ve learned a lot just by watching the plays we run and seeing what plays work when and what position to be in. I can use that to my advantage and hopefully apply that next year.

Which teammate of yours has taught you the most thus far? And what did he teach you?
Daniel Lujan, Orange, CA

BG: Chris Kaman has probably taught me the most. It’s a lot of the little stuff, mentioning where to be, when to be in what position, how to catch the ball and what shoulder to roll with... stuff like that.

Hey Blake, who's your favorite (currently active) player in the NBA? How 'bout all-time?
Mark Bae, Glendale, CA

BG: My favorite active player is LeBron James. Of all time I’d have to say Magic Johnson. Seeing us play against LeBron on Saturday night… that was really cool to see him play up close. I’d only seen him play in person a couple of times before back when I was in high school. It was good to see him like this, it was a little bit different.

I just recently started looking into colleges and I chose University of Oklahoma. Do you have any tips on what campus life is like? (You’re an amazing basketball player!)
Bekah Groskreutz, Redgranite, WI

BG: Very nice choice first of all. Campus life is a lot of fun. There is a lot to do and there’s a lot of diversity. You really can’t go wrong whether it’s joining the Greek life or with whatever major you choose. They have a lot of great programs out there. (Thank you!)

What do you think of Eric Gordon as a player and as a teammate? Go Clippers!
Pedro Mora, North Hollywood, CA

BG: Eric Gordon is a great player and extremely talented and he’s going to be one of the better scorers in this league for a while. As a teammate, he’s great. He’s a quiet guy but he really comes out of his shell every now and then.

This is a statement, not a question. I just wanted to tell you congrats on being my 13-year-old son's new favorite player. It has been LeBron James ever since he joined the NBA. Now, it's you! Marcus has your jersey and t-shirts. He's been dropping hints about your hat. I'll probably get that also. Anyways, good luck on your career.
Paula Hughes, Murfreesboro, AK

BG: Thank you very much, I appreciate it. Please tell your son I say thanks as well.

If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring?
Mary Robinson, Atlanta, GA

BG: Food, water and a basketball. Not sure I’d need much else.

Blake, you dove on me at Madison Square Garden when you were on the Sooners last year. Do you remember?
Glen Medoro, Malverne, NY

BG: Yeah, I think I remember that. Sorry about that. I hope you’re ok.

Blake, any plans to dunk on DJ Mbenga when you come back? That was the best thing I have ever seen. Over and over again!
Jim Mikhail, Los Angeles, CA

BG: I don’t really plan on it, but I’ll definitely try.

In looking at some pictures of yourself you look very fashionable. Where do you shop and/or who are some of your favorite designers?
Allison Lewis, Valdosta, GA

BG: I shop all over and get a variety of labels and designers. I have a couple of tailors I get to make stuff that I see and like but that doesn’t fit me right. I just keep an eye out and shop everywhere.

Who is the better magician-you or DeAndre? Any chance for Clipper Nation to witness a magic duel? I'm volunteering now as a judge.
John Antonioli, Santa Clarita, CA

BG: Yeah, we might have a magic duel some time in the future. I’m not sure, I don’t know if he’s been working on his tricks or not so… we’ll see. I'll let you know if we need any judges.

BG: Thanks again for all of your questions. I'll be sure to check in as soon as I can after I have my surgery on Wednesday. Thanks for all of the support and go Clippers!
