My name is Nicole and I am so excited to be back for my second season with the Clippers Spirit. I’m originally from Orange County and have been dancing for as long as I can remember... 21 years to be exact! My passion for dance brought me to UCLA, where I received a B.A. in World Arts and Cultures, concentrating on Dance. I spent three years on the UCLA Dance Team, cheering on my fellow Bruins at all of the home football and basketball games. Go UCLA! While in college, I also worked in the television and movie industry, appearing in several movies, a TV series, and commercials for Fox Sports and the Lexus Gauntlet. I’ve always considered myself to be adventurous, so when an opportunity to move to Boston and perform as an inaugural member of the Celtics Dancers presented itself, I took a leap of faith and buckled up for a wild ride. During my time in New England, I completely immersed myself in East Coast culture. I attended Red Sox games at Fenway Park, tested the crab cakes at practically every restaurant I visited, wore my new polos and pearls with pride, and survived my first real winter. Although my experience in Boston was nothing short of amazing, I truly am a So Cal girl at heart. So when summer rolled around, I packed up my polos and pearls, and traded them in for my old pair of rainbow sandals. I’ve had a little more than year now to settle back into my life here in sunny California, and I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier. In addition to my time spent with the Clippers, I teach dance throughout the South Bay and Brentwood areas, and more recently, I have returned to my Alma Mater, where I am in my first season as the coach of the UCLA Dance Team. Although I have a jam-packed schedule, I am looking forward to cheering for our Los Angeles Clippers! For me, it is such an honor to be a member of the Clippers Spirit. Each woman on this team is inspirational in her own right, and I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful group. I know that this is going to be an incredible season for the Clippers, and I am thrilled to share in the excitement with all of you! See you on the court! These are the top five people I’d like to take road trip with:
GO CLIPPERS!
