Hi Clipper Nation... I’m back!! My name is Lynae. You might remember me as a member of the 2005-06 Clippers Spirit. I’m extremely excited to be back! A little background on me: I’m originally from the Bay Area, born and raised in a small town and moved down to Southern California for college. I attended and just recently graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

I am currently working my first full time job doing data quality control for a car dealership in Newport Beach and I'm loving it. So if you ever need a car, you know who to see! (*wink*)

When I’m not working or dancing, I am almost guaranteed to be watching the Food Network channel. I have a huge appreciation for food (I got that from my Mom)! What I love doing best is just lounging around with my closest friends, going shopping, and making unforgettable memories.

I’m looking forward to being back in the STAPLES Center performing and cheering on the Clippers this year with the rest of Clipper Nation again. It means so much to me to be a part of the Clippers Spirit. The Spirit are amazingly talented, gorgeous, intelligent women and are the main reason why being on the team is such an invaluable experience.

Here are the top five things people don't know about me:

1. I used to take flying lessons. It’s a tradition in my family for my dad to take us on our 14th birthday for our first flying lesson. He’s still waiting for one of us to become a pilot.
2. I’m near fluent in American Sign Language.
3. I’ve never been to the snow. Well, technically I have, but I was so young I only remember it through pictures.
4. I’ve only been to Las Vegas once, twice if you count when I was eight years old. (I don't think it counts.)
5. I started playing basketball when I was seven and played through the middle of high school. Then I had to decide between that and dancing. I chose to dance!

Get ready Clippers fans. It’s going to be a fun-filled season!
