Fan Assist is your direct link to the Clippers Fan Relations Department. Please send us your comments and suggestions on how we can make your fan experience the very best in the NBA. Representatives are also available to answer any of your customer service questions or concerns. It is not intended to be used for autograph/merchandise requests or to submit questions regarding individual player or team performance.

Where can I get autographed memorabilia? |
|
Fans interested in obtaining player autographs are invited to participate in auctions of collectible basketball memorabilia at selected home games throughout the 2004-05 season. The silent auction is located on the main concourse next to Guest Link. Bids are accepted until the end of halftime. Auctions are also conducted online via Clippers.com.

Where can I buy individual game tickets? |
|
Individual Clippers tickets are available at STAPLES Center’s Box Office, located along 11th Street in Star Plaza. Clippers.com also offers fans the ability to purchase single game tickets online via Ticketmaster.com or StubHub.com.

Where is the STAPLES Center Box Office? |
|
The Box Office is located across from the Team LA store on Chick Hearn Court (formerly 11th Street) and is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The Box Office will open on event Sundays and extend its evening hours to remain open through approximately 90 minutes after the start of events.

Where can I catch the Clippers on TV and on the radio? |
|
Upcoming broadcast info is listed in the Corona Clippers Calendar on the front page of Clippers.com. Clippers games will appear on FOX Sports Net 2, FOX Sports Net, KTLA Channel 5, and NBATV. Additionally, XTRA Sports 690/1150 AM and KTNQ 1020 AM (En Espanol) will broadcast a majority of games on the radio. Clippers.com also provides "Courtside Live" coverage with up-to-the-minute scores and stats.

Can I bring my camera to STAPLES Center? |
|
No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by the Clippers. Use of the following is not permitted: lenses greater than 3 ½” in length; telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind; interchangeable lenses of any kind; monopods or tripods. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Link Service Center on the Main Concourse during the event.

How can I submit a charitable donation request? |
|
All donation requests are facilitated by the Clippers’ Community Relations Department. Written requests on the organization's letterhead must be submitted at least 45 days in advance of the scheduled event and must include a copy of the organization's non-profit status (501c3). Priority is given to events, organizations and charities that benefit children in Southern California. In addition, priority will be given to events that take place during the NBA Season. Autographed items are donated to major fundraisers/auctions in the Los Angeles area while smaller items are donated for raffle prizes, incentives, block parties, school carnivals, etc. Additional consideration will be given to organizations involved in Clippers community outreach programs. Organizations and charities are limited to one request per season.

Do I need to purchase an additional ticket for my infant? |
|
Children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket.

How can I contact someone or be contacted at a Clippers game? |
|
Should someone need to reach you at STAPLES Center during an event, they may call 213-742-7FAN (7326) and provide your name and seat location. A Guest Relations staff member will be dispatched to the seat location to forward the message and provide use of a wireless phone courtesy of Cingular Wireless. Telezones with pay phones provided by Pacific Bell are located throughout STAPLES Center.

What are the benefits of group tickets? |
|
Groups of 20 or more enjoy special prices, as well as a night of fun at a Clippers game. Get together with friends, family, business colleagues, associations, church groups, clients, employees, or any combination of 20 people or more and receive special prices and benefits.
