ALCOHOL SERVING & CONSUMPTION
Alcohol may not be purchased by persons under the age of 21 according to California law. Proper identification with proof of age must be presented at time of sale. Alcohol is limited to a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per purchase. Service of alcohol will stop when the official game clock indicates 12-minutes until the end of the game.

BACKPACKS / BAGS / SUITCASES
All bags larger than 14" square, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.

CAMERAS / PHOTOGRAPHY
No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted:
Children under 2 years old and younger are admitted free into Clippers games provided that they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat. Children 3 years and older are required to have a ticketed seat.

Main Entrances into STAPLES Center are located at Figueroa Street, 11th Street, and Star Plaza. VIP entrances (Star Plaza VIP and Southwest VIP) are available exclusively to our Luxury Suite and Premier Seat ticketed guests. VIP doors open 2 hours prior, main doors open 1 hour 15 minutes prior to game time.
All donation requests are facilitated by the Clippers Community Relations Department. Written requests on the organization's letterhead must be submitted at least 45 days in advance of the scheduled event and must include a copy of the organization's non-profit status (501c3). Priority is given to events, organizations and charities that benefit children in Southern California. In addition, priority will be given to events that take place during the NBA Season. Autographed items are donated to major fundraisers/auctions in the Los Angeles area while smaller items are donated for raffle prizes, incentives, block parties, school carnivals, etc. Additional consideration will be given to organizations involved in Clippers community outreach programs. EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted at STAPLES Center. Once you leave the arena you will not be allowed to re-enter for any reason.

All restrooms facilities at STAPLES Center are wheelchair accessible and are clearly marked. In addition, we have unisex/family restrooms available in five locations: on the main concourse across from aisle M23, on suite levels A, B, and C across from suite A1, B1, and C3 respectively, and on the upper concourse across from U31.

Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every STAPLES Center event. First Aid offices are located on the Main Concourse across from aisle M3 and on the upper concourse across from aisle U19. In addition, STAPLES Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our Guest Services or Security staff for assistance.

JR. JAM SQUAD
The Jr. Jam Squad is a group of boys and girls ages 7-14 that has become a crowd favorite and will be seen at 10 games over the regular season. Jr. Jam Squad Home Page

KIA FAN PATROL
The Kia Fan Patrol is comprised of 10 men and 10 women with strong backgrounds in gymnastics and partner stunting. The highly athletic team has become a crowd favorite and can be seen rallying Clipper fans throughout the games. Kia Fan Patrol Home Page

LOST & FOUND
All lost and found items are to taken to Guest Link services centers during events. Guests should visit the Guest Link services centers on the main and upper concourses during the game to inquire about lost items. After the conclusion of the event, if the lost item is not retrieved, guests may contact STAPLES Center Security at (213) 742-7444 to inquire about the lost item.

SMOKING / NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time; however, a smoking section is available on the City View Terrace outside patio. City View Terrace is located on the Upper Concourse across from aisles U25-U28.
SPIRIT DANCE TEAM
The Clippers Spirit Dance team is a key component to Clippers Game Entertainment. Off the court, dance team members serve as goodwill ambassadors for the organization. They appear at hundreds of community events each year, have traveled internationally on behalf of the Clippers and the NBA and have been featured on local and national television. Spirit Home Page

WILL CALL WINDOWS
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event start time. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at Will Call. STAPLES Center does not accept Will Call drop off.
