HOW IT WORKS

  • Click the Buy Now button below to purchase your Celtics Home Stretch Pass.
  • Register your pass(es) through the Official Boston Celtics Mobile App via the Pass Plans tab in the navigation menu using the email address tied to your purchase. You will be emailed with key redemption details for your purchase.
    • Download the Official Boston Celtics Mobile App (iOS/Android).
    • Click on "Pass Plans" on the left side navigation menu.
    • Register with the email address used for purchase and your mobile number to receive text alerts about your seat locations.
  • Approximately four hours prior to each game you'll receive your seat location. Tap accept in the app to indicate you're going to the game. The deadline to accept your seat location is two hours prior to the game.
  • Bring your iOS or Android device and scan your mobile Celtics Home Stretch Pass tickets for admission into TD Garden.
  • Enjoy the game and be on the lookout for Celtics upgrade alerts to enhance your game experience!

PURCHASING A CELTICS HOME STRETCH PASS

  • Q: If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be next to each other for each game?
    • A: Yes, as long as you buy in one transaction. Passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other for each game.
  • Q: How many passes can I buy?
    • A: You can buy up to four passes per account. (Note: All passes must be purchased in one transaction in order to sit together each game.)
  • Q: If I buy a pair of passes, how can my guest get his/her pass?
    • A: Passes cannot be transferred to another person’s phone as all passes will be delivered to the phone that registers the Pass. You and your guest will need to enter TD Garden together.
  • Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?
    • A: Yes, different people can attend each game with you, but the primary account holder must be present because the pass is only accessible through the mobile device of the primary account holder.
  • Q: When can I access my Celtics Home Stretch Pass?
    • A: You will receive an email instructing you to register your Pass no later than 24 hours before the first game in the plan.

ENTERING TD GARDEN

  • Q: How do I get into TD Garden with my Pass?
    • A: You will receive a text message with a link to access your pass via the Boston Celtics app approximately four hours before tip-off on the day of each game. This will provide you with a digital QR code that you can use to scan for admission into TD Garden. You must claim your ticket two hours prior to the game for access
  • Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
    • A: Celtics Home Stretch Pass is a mobile-only ticket package integrated with the Boston Celtics app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to the TD Garden and seat assignments will be managed through the app only.

PASS SEAT LOCATIONS

  • Q: How do I get my seat location?
    • A: When you receive the text message four hours before the tip-off on the day of the game and accept the tickets, you will then be able to see your seat location on the mobile ticket. The deadline to accept your seat location is two hours prior to the game.
  • Q: Where can I expect to sit each game?
    • A: Exact seat locations will vary by game, but all seats will be located in the balcony and promenade level.
  • Q: What if I lose or delete the text message with my pass?
    • A: If you can’t access the text for your pass, simply go into the Boston Celtics mobile app and tap on Pass Plans in the main menu.

EXCHANGING & REFUNDING PASSES

  • Q: Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
    • A: No, all tickets through pass are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Q: Can I sell my passes for game that I do not attend?
    • A: No, passes are non-transferable.
  • Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
    • A: Passes cannot be shared. Admission to TD Garden and seat assignments will be managed through the Boston Celtics app on the primary account holder’s mobile device.

DIGITAL PASS TECHNOLOGY

  • Q: Which phones are supported?
    • A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android devices. The Boston Celtics app must also be downloaded for use of the pass. If you have any problems, please email listen@expapp.com.
