The Boston Celtics are excited to introduce digital ticketing with the Celtics Parquet Pass. Just as with traditional tickets, you will bring your Celtics Parquet Pass right to the turnstiles. An usher will swipe your pass and provide your ticket. Lost, stolen and forgotten tickets are a thing of the past, and entrance to the arena will be simple and convenient.

Digital ticketing offers you the most convenient and flexible way to manage your tickets. Easily manage your tickets online with features including transferring tickets to a guest via email. The Celtics Parquet Pass will fits easily in your wallet, making your game day experience simpler than ever.

Instructions for Using Your Parquet Pass

Printing Tickets

You can easily print tickets to any game in your package right from home by following the below steps:

  1. Log into Account Manager using your account ID or email address and PIN.
  2. Click “Manage My Tickets.”
  3. Click on the game for which you’d like to print tickets.
  4. Select the action “print tickets” from the drop down menu, then select the number of seats you would like to print and click “done.”
  5. The pop up screen will disappear and the number of tickets selected for printing will appear in your cart, located in the top right corner of the screen. Click “continue” to review your game and seat selection.
  6. Confirm the seats for printing and click “continue to print” or click “cancel” if you would like to edit your game or seat selection.
  7. Review your print summary and check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. Click “submit.”
  8. A summary page will appear and you will be prompted to open or save your tickets.
  9. If you are not prompted to open or save your tickets, click “print” on the summary page.
  10. Once your PDF opens in Adobe, you can print or save your tickets.

Transferring Tickets Via Email

  1. Log into Account Manager using your account ID or email address and PIN.
  2. Click “Manage My Tickets.”
  3. Click on the game for which you’d like to transfer tickets.
  4. Select the action “transfer tickets to a friend” from the drop down menu, then select the number of seats you would like to transfer and click “done.”
  5. The pop up screen will disappear and the number of tickets selected for printing will appear in your cart, located in the top right corner of the screen. Click “continue.”
  6. Confirm the game and seats for transfer and click “continue to transfer” or click “cancel” if you would like to edit your game or seat selection. A review of your transfer will appear.
  7. Click “Enter a New Contact” and enter the ticket recipient’s first name, last name, and email address and click “add.”
  8. Select the name of the recipient to whom you’d like to transfer tickets.
  9. You may choose to be notified in the event that your recipient does not accept your ticket transfer.
  10. Choose whether or not you want the original price printed on the tickets.
  11. Click “next step” to finalize transfer.
  12. Review the transfer and check the box agreeing to the terms of use.
  13. The “complete transfer” button will be enabled, click to finalize transfer.

Receiving Transferred Tickets

  1. You will receive an email from the Boston Celtics on behalf of the person who transferred tickets to you with the subject line “Your Ticket Transfer Offer.”
  2. At the bottom of the email you will be provided with two options, “accept” or “decline” offer.
  3. Both options will direct you to the Celtics Account Manager page where you will be prompted to log in or create an account using the same email address to which the tickets were sent.
  4. There will be a notice at the top of the screen alerting you to your pending offers.
  5. Click the link to accept or decline your pending ticket offers.
  6. Select your ticket delivery method - either print or digital.
  7. If you select digital:

    • Within a few seconds you will be prompted to select your digital delivery type: either credit card or fan pass (Celtics Parquet Pass).
    • Select the card you wish to place your tickets on, and select the “next step” button.
    • A summary of your transfer will appear. Review the tickets being transferred to your card.
    • Enter the credit card or Parquet Pass information.
    • Select this card and click ‘add.’
    • Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions.
    • A “complete transfer” button will be enabled. Click this button and you will be directed to a confirmation page.
  8. After a few seconds, a summary will appear of your printed tickets and you will be prompted to open or save your tickets.
  9. If you are not prompted to open or save your tickets, click the “print” button on the summary page.

  3. Select on the game for which you’d like to donate tickets to charity.
  4. Select the action “donate tickets to charity” from the drop down menu, select the number of seats you would like to donate and click “done.”
  5. The pop up screen will disappear and the number of tickets selected for printing will appear in your cart, located in the top right corner of the screen. Click “continue.”
  6. Selected tickets will be donated to Shamrock Dreams and will be distributed by the Celtics Community Relations Department.
  7. Check the box agreeing to the donation of your tickets.
  8. If you would like to donate your tickets anonymously, check the box located under the terms and conditions.
  9. The “donate now” box will be enabled, click to confirm donation.
  10. A confirmation page will appear with a summary of your ticket donation.
