NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN: To enter sweepstakes, listen to WRKO 680AM on game days; or send a 3 x 5 postcard including your name, age, address and phone number to Boston Celtics, Attn: "Mass Lottery Lucky Row", Corporate Partnership Services, 226 Causeway Street, 4th floor, Boston, MA 02114. The Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. Limited to one entry per person. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be void. The sweepstakes runs from 1/6/2006 to 4/19/2006. All mail entries must be post marked by 4/1/2006. Mass State Lottery and the Boston Celtics are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, torn, altered, incomplete or illegible entries. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio and the Boston Celtics, which shall be final on all matters.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals 18 years and older, who reside within a 75-mile radius of Boston. Sweepstakes not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of employees of the Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents. Void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted, by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release or prize will be forfeited. If winners cannot be located within three (3) business days of drawing date, alternate winners will be chosen and the prize will be awarded. All entries become property of Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio and the Boston Celtics.
PRIZES. There will be one winner selected each game of the regular season. Winners will be selected by random drawing on a monthly basis and be notified by phone or by being the winning listener on WRKO 680 AM In the event a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of drawing date or declines the prize, another winner will be selected by random drawing. Winners will be given two complimentary tickets to a Celtics home game at the TD Banknorth Garden to sit in the "Mass Lottery Lucky Row." The "Mass Lottery Lucky Row" is selected the day before each game and is featured in arena during the game on the JumboTron. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the sweepstakes, unless otherwise indicated.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. There will be a total of (26) winners during the regular season.
MISCELLANEOUS. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. In addition, all entrants agree that the Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents maintain the right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the sweepstakes, and their determination of the winners will be final and binding. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any prize is permitted, except by sponsors due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prizes, winners agree that the Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, participation in, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in the sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of sponsors. In consideration for being awarded prizes, winners hereby agree and consent, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of their names and/or likenesses in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, governors, employees and agents, except where prohibited.
ADDITIONAL TERMS. The Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond sponsors' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the sweepstakes. The Boston Celtics, Mass State Lottery, WRKO Radio the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.
