Upon completion, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes; or (b) print, fill out and mail The Boston Celtics Sweepstakes entry form here and send to: Opening Night 'Sheedstakes, C/O Boston Celtics, 226 Causeway Street, Fourth Floor, Boston, MA, 02114. The Boston Celtics, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees, and agents (all, collectively, the "NBA Entities") will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be deemed void. The sweepstakes runs from 7/10/09 to 10/14/09. All mail entries must be received by October 14, 2009. The Boston Celtics are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, torn, altered, incomplete, or illegible entries. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Boston Celtics, which shall be final on all matters.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years and older, who reside within a 75-mile radius of Boston. Sweepstakes not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of employees of the NBA Entities. Void where prohibited, or otherwise restricted, by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become property of the Boston Celtics.

PRIZES: There will be 29 second prize winners. One second prize winner will be selected each day between September 15 and October 14, 2009, by random computer drawing from among all entries received prior to the day of the drawing. Each second prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Celtics home preseason game during the 2009-10 season [date and opponent will be announced in August]. Approximate retail value ('ARV') of second-place prize: $200.00.

There will be one (1) grand prize winner selected by random drawing on October 15, 2009 from among all entries received prior to October 14, 2009. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Boston Celtics Opening Night 2009-10 [date and opponent will be announced in August], and an autographed replica Rasheed Wallace jersey. Approximate retail value ('ARV') of Grand Prize: $500.00.

In the event a second-prize winner cannot be contacted by October 15, 2009 or declines the prize, or in the event the Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted by October 20, 2009 or declines the prize, another winner will be selected for the relevant prize by random drawing. All prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the sweepstakes, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Boston Celtics' option for a prize of comparable or lesser value. Only one prize per person; winners of any prize will be ineligible for any subsequent drawings in this Sweepstakes.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

MISCELLANEOUS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. In addition, all entrants agree that the NBA Entities maintain the right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the sweepstakes, and their determination of the winners will be final and binding. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any prize is permitted, except by sponsors due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prizes, winners agree that the NBA Entities will have no liability and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, participation in, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in the sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the NBA Entities. In consideration for being awarded prizes, winners hereby agree and consent, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of their names and/or likenesses in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the NBA Entities, except where prohibited. The use of all tickets provided as prizes is subject to the rules and regulations established from time to time by the New Boston Garden Corporation ("NBGC"), the owner of the TD Garden, and by the Celtics (the "Ticket Rules"). In the event of the violation of the Ticket Rules, both NBGC and the Celtics shall have the right to eject the violators from the TD Garden. Any such ejection shall not affect winners' other rights or obligations under the remainder of these Rules.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: The NBA Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond sponsors' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the sweepstakes. The NBA Entities are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.
